Service Description
Experience a personalized one-on-one Japanese lesson with a native Japanese teacher. This 50-minute trial lesson is designed to understand your level, your goals, and how you learn best. During the lesson we will: • Check your current Japanese level • Practice natural conversation • Introduce useful expressions for real situations • Create a simple learning plan for you Perfect for beginners, travelers, and anyone considering regular Japanese lessons. The lesson takes place online via Google Meet.
Cancellation Policy
■ Cancellation Policy Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full. ■ Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your lesson up to 24 hours in advance at no additional cost, subject to availability. Requests made less than 24 hours before the lesson may not be accepted. ■ Late Arrival If you are more than 15 minutes late, the lesson may be treated as a no-show. The lesson will end at the originally scheduled time and no refund will be provided. ■ Technical Issues If technical issues occur on our side that prevent the lesson from taking place, we will offer either a rescheduled session or a full refund. Technical problems on the participant’s side are not eligible for refunds.
