Service Description
Experience a personalized one-on-one Japanese lesson with a native teacher. This trial session includes a level check, conversation practice, and learning advice tailored to your goals. Perfect for beginners, travelers, or anyone considering regular lessons.
Cancellation Policy
■ Cancellation Policy Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged in full. ■ Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your lesson up to 24 hours in advance at no additional cost, subject to availability. Requests made less than 24 hours before the lesson may not be accepted. ■ Late Arrival If you are more than 15 minutes late, the lesson may be treated as a no-show. The lesson will end at the originally scheduled time and no refund will be provided. ■ Technical Issues If technical issues occur on our side that prevent the lesson from taking place, we will offer either a rescheduled session or a full refund. Technical problems on the participant’s side are not eligible for refunds.
