Cancellation and Refund Policy
Trial Lessons
Trial lessons are non-refundable once booked.
Single Lessons and Lesson Packages
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson time or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.
Subscription Plans
Subscription plans are billed on a monthly recurring basis and renew automatically every month.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
Cancellation will stop future billing, but fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.
Services will remain available until the end of the current billing period.
Technical Issues
If a lesson cannot be delivered due to technical problems on our side, we will reschedule the lesson or provide a full refund.
Processing
Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
